Glass forming at the furnace

Manufacturing & quality

Where the glass actually comes from

Our credibility is not a claim, it is a furnace. Glass containers are formed, inspected and packed inside the group — which is why technical answers come back with numbers rather than promises.

Production

Forming, annealing, inspection, packing

Amber and clear glass containers are produced on automated forming lines, annealed, inspected and packed for export. Decoration — painting, silk-screen printing, hot stamping and labelling — runs as a separate controlled step on the same order.

  • Automated forming lines for amber and clear glass
  • Dimensional and visual inspection before packing
  • Decoration as a controlled step, not an afterthought
  • Export packing, palletisation and shipping marks
Ask us for a sample before you commit. A sample settles more questions about glass than a brochure ever will.

Quality approach

What we control, and what we tell you honestly

Specification agreed in writing before production; first samples approved by you; dimensional and visual checks during the run; export packing verified before shipment. If a requirement needs a certification or a test we cannot cover, we say so at the quotation stage instead of discovering it at customs.

Agreed specification

Dimensions, weight, colour, neck finish and decoration fixed in writing before the run starts.

Sample approval

Pre-production samples are approved by you. Serial production follows the approved sample.

Export packing

Cartons, dividers, pallets and marks prepared for the destination market and its transport route.
